Ila Church is a Lutheran church located in Oslo. The church offers a range of activities and services that are adapted to the different needs of the local community. One of the characteristic services is light vespers, which have a meditative feel and are inspired by Celtic liturgy. Every Tuesday at At 1 p.m., an organ concert is held with a time of prayer, which provides an opportunity for reflection and prayer.
The church also has a varied musical offer, with jazz pianist Tord Gustavsen as a regular musician. Concerts are organized with Einar Steen-Nøkleberg, who performs works by Beethoven. In addition to music and services, Ila Church is a place for community through conversation cafés, where people can meet for conversations. The Christmas fair work includes creative projects, and there is an opportunity to contribute with baking during church coffee. The church also marks special occasions, such as a free anniversary concert with the women's choir BerreSang.
