Church Dialogue Center in Oslo works to promote dialogue and understanding between different groups in society. The center offers resources and activities aimed at dealing with xenophobia, racism and prejudice. Through dialogue pilot studies, the participants learn about conversation management, which helps to defuse disagreement and strengthen communication between different social groups.
As part of a national initiative, the Church Dialogue Center has several locations in Norway, and they continuously develop updated tools and exercises for use in schools. The center also offers a dialogue forum that facilitates the exchange of experience and learning, which can be useful for both individuals and organizations that want to contribute to a more inclusive society.
