Norges Unge Katolikker (NUK) is the official children and youth organization of the Catholic Church in Norway. The organization has local teams in most Catholic parishes and focuses on engaging children and young people through a varied offer of activities. This includes confirmation camps, Easter camps, summer camps, leadership training courses and retreats. NUK also participates in the official delegation to the World Youth Day (WYD).
In addition to camps and courses, NUK organizes national events for young Catholics, and works to create community and active Christian life in the congregations. The organization offers resources and handbooks to the local teams, as well as an online shop with discounted goods. NUK collaborates with Caritas Norway on the annual Advent campaign, and works actively to obtain financial support for its activities.
