St. Olga Church is the first Russian Orthodox congregation in Norway, established in 1996. The congregation has had steady growth and had approximately 4,000 registered members in 2022. In its early years, services were held in an apartment, but in 2003 the congregation got its own building, which has been important to the community.

The church is located near several other churches in Oslo, including Catholic and Greek Orthodox congregations. Attendance at Sunday services varies between 70 and 150 people, which shows an active commitment among the members. St. Olga Church is named after Saint Princess Olga, who is a central figure in the Russian Orthodox tradition.
