PAHN - Performing Arts Hub Norway, also known as Center for the Performing Arts Norway, functions as a national competence center for professional performing arts. The organisation's aim is to promote and develop performing arts both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on independent performing arts. PAHN offers various services, including grants and management practice, as well as arranging residency programs in collaboration with Italian actors.
In addition to creating international platforms for the performing arts, PAHN works to develop and share knowledge and expertise in the field. The organization also has a national performing arts archive, known as Sceneweb, which helps preserve and make available information about Norwegian performing arts. PAHN promotes collaboration between Norwegian and international artists, and is supported by both the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
