Galleri Briskeby is an art gallery that was established in 2005 and has had several locations, most recently moved to Sofies Plass in Bislett in the spring of 2023. The gallery focuses on Norwegian contemporary art, with a particular emphasis on graphics and art books. As well as offering unique works of art, including lithographs, the gallery has a varied selection of art from both established and emerging artists.
The gallery collaborates with Norwegian Visual Artists and presents the selected artist of the month. It is also possible to buy art both in the gallery and via the online store, which functions as a display room for a wide selection of graphics. Galleri Briskeby is located near the National Museum and other art institutions, which provides an artistic context for visitors.
