The artistic dream faculty is an art school in Oslo that focuses on choreography and dance. The school is run by a Norwegian choreographer, dancer and performer who has developed a project called "Utopian dreamplays". This project examines how utopian thinking can influence and enrich choreographic expressions.
The first project in the series, "Utopian dreamplays", premiered in Tøyen in June 2021. Through this work, the faculty seeks to challenge traditional perceptions of dance and choreography by integrating concepts from utopian thinking. The proprietor of the school has also been awarded a three-year state artist grant, which underlines the artistic value and importance of the work carried out at the faculty.
