Untuned Bell is a tourist attraction in Oslo, known for its unique sound installation that includes a 1.4 ton bronze bell. The clock was previously removed from Oslo City Hall because it was out of order. It has since been restored by artist A K Dolven, with the aim of creating interaction with the other clocks in the area.
The installation was inaugurated at Honnørbrygga on 22 August 2020, and the clock is activated using a Cry Baby pedal. The composition surrounding the clock was developed by composer Rolf Wallin. The bell has a D major tone and is placed a kilometer away from the other bells, which gives a distinctive sound experience. Previously, the clock had been set to mute in Nauen.
