Balders plass is a small residential building located in Frogner, an attractive quarter in Oslo. The project has been developed with a focus on complementing the area and offers a combination of housing and restaurants at street level. The building is designed with inspiration from functionalism, which gives it a characteristic architectural style.
The complex consists of six urban townhouse apartments, which are located in the heart of Frogner. Emphasis has been placed on creating a meeting place for the residents, with planting and furnishings that contribute to a pleasant environment. In addition, there is proximity to local favourites, such as Frogner cinema, which gives residents easy access to culture and entertainment. Balders plass has been developed in collaboration with Einar Jarmund & Co architects, who have contributed to the project's aesthetic and functional qualities.
