Dælenenggata 36 D36 The Green House is a detached residential block located on Rodeløkka in Oslo. The building was completed in 2013 and was designed by Element Arkitekter AS. It has been recognized for its architecture and received the Architecture Award in 2015. The building's facade is characterized by eight layers of glass combined with ceramic print, which gives a unique aesthetic expression.
In addition to the innovative facade, the building has integrated vegetation into the design, which contributes to a greener urban environment. Dælenenggata 36 D36 also offers a roof garden with ten private garden plots, as well as shared living areas both to the south and north. This project is an example of modern, high-quality housing adapted to a dense urban area.
