The Norwegian Packaging Association is an interest organization that represents packaging manufacturers, suppliers, packaging users and the retail trade. The organization works to promote cooperation and knowledge within packaging and packaging, and addresses common challenges in the industry. With a network of members from various sectors, they focus on developing solutions that are adapted to today's needs.
As a competence centre, the association offers basic courses in packaging with practical training, as well as seminars and courses on current topics. They also organize the Packaging Days, which include both professional and social activities. In addition to training and networking, research and innovation in packaging are central elements in their business. The Norwegian Packaging Association has prepared the Packaging Guide to help with the optimization of packaging solutions, with particular emphasis on sustainability and recycling. The organization has been recognized for its work, including by winning the ScanStar award for innovation in packaging.
