The name "La Piada" refers to piadina, a traditional bread from Romagna, known in large parts of central Italy. The bread is made with organic ingredients such as wheat flour, olive oil, lard, baking soda, lemon, salt and water, which contributes to the authentic taste of Italian fast food.
