Fin Serck-Hanssen is a Norwegian photographer living at Ekely in Oslo, known for his photographic series and portraits that explore different social groups. His work includes documentation of music environments, as well as portraits of minority groups such as young punks, gays, lesbians, AIDS patients, inmates in prisons and occupationally injured pioneer divers in the North Sea. In recent years, he has also focused on the trans debate, where he has followed the young trans woman Hedda through her gender-affirming operations and treatments.

Serck-Hanssen uses modern design principles in its portfolio website, which is adapted for interactive experiences. His work emphasizes the use of technology in art, and often includes multimedia elements. The photographer's images are characterized by a directness and closeness to the photographed, which gives a deeper understanding of the subjects he takes up. He is represented in museums both in Norway and internationally.
