The 22 July Center is a national memory and learning center that focuses on the events related to the terrorist attack on 22 July 2011 in Norway. The center aims to contribute to the understanding of this tragic event through various exhibitions and events. During the summer of 2023, the center will be open in its current premises with a permanent exhibition called "The Conversation on 22 July".

In addition to the permanent exhibition, the center offers a number of temporary exhibitions, such as "Time heals not all wounds", "Jenklang – The music after 22 July", and "Memorial after 22 July: A maintenance". The center is also hosting commemorations and presentations related to the development of the new center, which will continue to focus on the themes surrounding July 22 and its aftermath.
