Linderud gård is a historic large farm located in the Bjerke district of Oslo, and functions as part of MiA - The Museums in Akershus. The farm has a rich history and offers a varied program with tours of the main building, garden tours, concerts and courses. The tours take place every weekend from May to September, and special activities are also arranged such as a Halloween event with a horror walk.
The farm houses the Linderud environmental garden, which functions as an urban cultivation arena and a green meeting place for the local community. Here, visitors can take part in courses on soil health and sustainable horticulture. In addition, there is an activity park for the whole family, as well as a historic garden with an obstacle course for children. The museum shop offers unique products and is open at weekends and at special events.
