Gråbeinsletta is a park located between Sagene church and Uelands gate in Oslo. The area has an interesting history as a former military training ground and as a place for quarrying. The park was created in the 1920s, and since then has been a green area for the city's residents.
In the park there is a sculpture by Jørgen Gudmundsen-Holmgreen, which was created in 1948. The name Gråbeinsletta originates from a historical event in 1671, where there is said to have been a fight between dogs and wolves. The park has been known by its current name since 1891, but was previously referred to as Luther's place.
