Høyre is a political party in Norway, established in 1884. The party has traditionally been placed on the bourgeois side of the political spectrum and aims to promote values such as freedom, responsibility and community. The right wing has been a central player in Norwegian politics and has had several prime ministers throughout history.
The party works for a policy that promotes economic growth, welfare and a sustainable society. Høyre also focuses on education, health and business, and seeks to create a society where everyone has opportunities to succeed. Through various political platforms and programmes, the Conservative Party addresses current societal challenges and presents solutions for these.
