Lutvann camp is a military base located in Oslo, and serves as headquarters for the Norwegian Intelligence Service and Home Guard in the region. The base houses the staff quarters for Oslo and Akershus Home Guard District (HV-02) and has overall responsibility for territorial protection in the Oslo region. This includes tasks related to security and preparedness in the area.
In addition to its operational functions, Lutvann camp offers education and courses in language and intelligence at the National Intelligence Service's school. The base also includes offices for Forsvarsbygg and the Defense Logistics Organisation. The building was officially opened in 1998, after the foundation stone was laid in 1994. Lutvann camp is known for its important role in providing analyzes and information that contribute to Norwegian security.
