Generation M AS aims to build relationships between generations by employing young people aged 14-20. These young employees visit the elderly in nursing homes and care homes in Oslo, Akershus and Østfold. Through weekly activities, they create opportunities for interaction between young and old, where they share experiences and life wisdom.
The company also offers part-time jobs for young people, which contributes to recruitment into the healthcare system. Generation M AS focuses on preventing alienation by facilitating meaningful meetings between generations. In collaboration with municipalities, new solutions are developed to strengthen the community and improve the quality of life for both the young and the elderly.
