Gustav Vigelands Vei Bolig is a newly established co-located housing that offers services to eight people with developmental disabilities. The home is divided into two units, a permanent home and a relief unit. Services are offered here in accordance with decisions on practical assistance and training, with a particular focus on targeted environmental work and professional growth for both residents and employees.
Emphasis is placed on guidance and reflection as part of the daily work, which gives employees the opportunity to develop in their role. Working hours are organized with a favorable rotation, where employees work every fourth weekend. To work at Gustav Vigelands Vei Bolig, experience with the user group and knowledge of epilepsy is required. The organization follows the principles of BOB, and it is a unique opportunity for employees to help shape a new workplace.
