LINK Oslo - center for self-help and coping is a non-profit organization that functions as a meeting place for people with various life challenges. The center offers self-organised self-help groups, where participants can share experiences and support each other in dealing with personal problems. This community is designed to promote coping and health, and it is the Nordic region's largest center for self-help.
The organization emphasizes that everyone can take control of their own lives, and encourages participation in discussion groups. These groups are available during the day, evenings and at weekends, and there is no requirement for a referral or diagnosis to participate. LINK Oslo also offers support to relatives, and works to create an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone who wants to improve their quality of life. The center is financed by Oslo municipality.
