Mental Health Carers Norway is a non-profit organization that offers help and support to relatives and survivors in mental health and ROP disorders. The organization aims to give relatives a space to breathe and release the pressure that often comes with the role of support player. Through the helpline, staffed by professionals with experience as relatives, you can get advice and guidance, as well as the opportunity to share your experiences.

In addition to counselling, Mental Health Carers Norway offers relatives' centers that provide guidance and support. The organization also has a membership that gives access to meeting places and various member benefits. In order to shed light on the invisible role of relatives, nationwide surveys are carried out. There are also specific offers for young relatives and 28 local teams spread across the country, which provide the opportunity for local support and community. Mental Health Carers Norway was founded in 1996 and is part of the National Association for Carers in Mental Health.
