Terapi4alle, led by Izabela Wojtowicz, offers a wide range of therapeutic services, including talk therapy, individual therapy, guidance and coaching. Wojtowicz specializes in gestalt therapy, which focuses on the whole person, and uses a relationship-based approach in working with clients. She has experience with trauma work, as well as treatment of anxiety, depression and relationship problems.
The services are aimed at adults, children and young people, and the therapist communicates in Norwegian, English and Polish. In addition to individual therapy, she organizes groups, courses and workshops with a focus on self-development. A unique service offered is "Walk and Talk" therapy, which provides a more active approach to the conversations.
