Ung Arena Oslo Vest offers a free low-threshold service for children and young people aged 13-25 who experience mild to moderate mental health problems. The services include individual follow-up, support calls and treatment. In addition, they provide advice and guidance to professionals and parents, as well as help to establish contact with other relevant services. The offer is available to young people in four western districts of Oslo.
The center focuses on mental health, but also accepts young people with drug-related problems and challenges related to being outsiders. Ung Arena Oslo Vest has a team consisting of talented students and volunteers who work under the guidance of experienced psychologists. To make use of the offer, you must make an appointment in advance.
