The Norwegian Chiropractor Association, also known as Norsk Kiropraktorforening (NKF), is the only practitioner organization for chiropractors in Norway. The organization gathers most chiropractors with public approval, and aims to promote quality and professional development in chiropractic.
The association offers a fund for continuing and further education of chiropractors, as well as courses and training for members. It also runs the research foundation "Et Liv i Bevegelse", which focuses on professional development and quality assurance. In addition, NKF is engaged in researcher recruitment and scientific research, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal health and political aspects of chiropractic. The organization works to raise competence within health services related to the nerve, muscle and skeletal area.
