Herregårdskroen is located in Frognerparken, adjacent to Oslo City Museum, and was opened in 1961. The restaurant has a long tradition and has been a popular destination for both locals and visitors. The secluded location provides a calm atmosphere, surrounded by Vigelandsparken, large trees and Frogner Dammen.
The inn offers seasonal outdoor seating, which makes it an attractive choice on sunny days. In 2023, the Sult group took over the operation of the restaurant. The manor house has premises that can be rented for parties of up to 28 people, and dogs are welcome. This makes the place suitable for both private gatherings and pleasant moments with friends and family.
