Forum for Tourism is an independent trade association for tourism in Norway, established in 2004. The association aims to strengthen the Norwegian tourism industry and contribute to the development of sustainable travel destinations. It represents 350 tourism companies and 40 destinations, and employs a total of 39,000 employees. Forum for Tourism focuses on local value creation and jobs, as well as the integration of employees with different ethnic and social backgrounds.
The association assists member companies in adapting to new trends and technology, and works to ensure sustainable growth in tourism. Forum for Tourism aims to increase the competitiveness of the tourism industry and make Norway more attractive as a travel destination.
