Heming Orientering is a multi-sport association that offers activities for both young people and adults of all ages. The club is located in the western part of Oslo and has around 200 members, who range from 7 to 90 years of age. Hemming Orienteering focuses on both competition and exercise, and offers orienteering as one of several sports. With weekly training and participation in various orienteering races, both nationally and internationally, the club has an active environment for its members.
The club also organizes summer runs and other orientation events, which help to promote community and social cohesion among members. Hemming Orienteering emphasizes including everyone, and new o-runners are always welcomed with open arms. With access to scenic areas for orientation, the club gives members the opportunity to experience nature while participating in sport.
