LUPE The National Association for Developmentally Handicapped and Relatives is a politically independent organization that works for people with developmental disabilities. The organization focuses on freedom of choice, diversity, inclusion and equality, and aims to ensure that the developmentally disabled are accepted as equal individuals in society. LUPE offers resources and guidance for both the developmentally disabled and their relatives, with particular emphasis on knowledge of rights and available services.
The organization organizes the Living Conditions Conference 2025 and conducts surveys on the availability of digital banking services. In addition, LUPE works with projects within digital infrastructure and cyber security, and focuses on relative participation for families with developmental disabilities. Through collaboration with other organizations and public agencies, LUPE works to improve the quality of life and living standards for people with developmental disabilities.
