Nordre Åsen housing association is a housing cooperative with 314 apartments spread over 16 blocks. The apartments range from one- to four-bedroom, with 30 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, 194 three-bedroom and 42 four-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own attic and basement storage, and the housing association also offers shared facilities such as a bicycle room, drying loft and a communal laundry in a separate building.
The housing association is located in the district of Nordre Aker, but has a central location with a short distance to areas such as Storo, Nydalen, Grefsen, Disen and Sinsen. Nordre Åsen housing association collects information about housing associations and condominiums, and offers news and notices related to the housing environment. There are also themes and groups for residents, as well as events for the community. The housing association has a messaging function for communication between residents and is available as an app on both iOS and Android.
