The Norwegian Celiac Association is an organization dedicated to people with gluten intolerance, as well as their relatives and supporters. The association aims to safeguard the interests of its members through informative and advisory activities. It also acts as a contact body between its members and the authorities, and promotes research and new knowledge about celiac disease and related conditions.
Membership of the association gives access to a number of benefits, including the member's magazine gluten-free and the option of free online courses for newly diagnosed patients. The association also offers talks with nutrition advisers for new members, as well as access to gluten-free recipes and baking courses. In addition to this, the Norwegian Celiac Association organizes an open research conference, where new research is presented, and provides information about gluten-free eating places in Norway.
