The Norwegian Nærings- og Nytetsmiddelarbeiderforbund (NNN) is a trade union that represents employees in the food and beverage industry. The association has close to 29,000 members and works to ensure good pay and working conditions. NNN focuses on solidarity pay policy, which involves equalizing pay differences between high and low paid, as well as between women and men.
