NTL - Norwegian Civil Servants Association is a trade union that represents employees in the state and state-affiliated enterprises. With over 58,000 members, NTL also includes students and apprentices, and offers specific services for these groups. For members under the age of 35, there is a separate offer called NTL Ung, which focuses on engaging and supporting young workers.
