NTL Central Administration is a trade union that represents employees in the state and state-affiliated enterprises. With approximately 50,000 members, it is one of the largest associations within the National Organization in Norway (LO). The association works to safeguard its members' interests and rights in working life.
The association organizes regional conferences for its members, where current topics and challenges are discussed. In addition, courses are offered on the trust reform, which is an important part of the union's work to strengthen trust in working life. NTL Central Administration is also involved in international projects, such as support for projects in Ecuador, and carries out recruitment campaigns to increase membership. Focus areas include restructuring, digitization and privacy, which are central themes in today's working life.
