Operation Dagsverk is Norway's largest solidarity action for young people, and aims to engage young people in solidarity and social responsibility. Every year, an NPD day is organized where students can participate by working and collecting funds. The campaign generates approximately NOK 18 million, which is then channeled into educational projects for young people in various parts of the world.
The organization focuses on current topics such as mental health and climate adaptation, and collaborates with Norwegian aid organizations to ensure that the funds are used effectively. In addition to the annual campaign, Operation Dagsverk organizes an International Week with activities and project choices, where young people have the opportunity to learn more about global challenges and how they can contribute to a fairer world. Volunteers can also get involved with the organization to support its work.
