Skur 28 - Oslo Maritime Culture Harbor is an organization established in 1994, with a clear focus on the preservation of maritime cultural heritage. The organization works actively for the creation of a museum harbor that will house vessels worthy of preservation. This initiative aims to promote understanding and interest in maritime history and culture in Oslo.
In addition to its work with the museum harbour, Skur 28 functions as a center for maritime conservation work. The organization also offers rental of its premises for various activities, as well as restoration of boats. During the winter months, courses are organized in shed 29, which give participants the opportunity to learn more about boat building and maritime craftsmanship. Through these activities, Skur 28 contributes to strengthening the maritime environment in Oslo.
