Taoist Tai Chi Association Norway is an organization that offers training in Taoist Tai Chi for people of all ages. The association aims to promote health and well-being through movement, with a focus on strength, flexibility and inner peace. The exercise can contribute to pain relief and health benefits for various conditions, including COPD, Parkinson's disease and PTSD.
The organization is celebrating 50 years of Taoist Tai Chi arts, and founder Master Moy has developed a Tai Chi set consisting of 108 movements, which is a central part of the training. The association emphasizes holistic development of body, mind and spirit, and includes chanting as part of the practice. There are training locations available all over the world, giving members the opportunity to participate in activities across national borders.
