UiO Gaming is a hobby association that focuses on gaming and e-sports, and aims to promote gaming culture at the University of Oslo. The association offers an inclusive community for students, where members can participate in various activities related to games. This includes weekly game nights and social events, as well as board game nights with a varied selection of games.
The association also has an active Discord server which gives members the opportunity to meet new people with common interests. In addition, there is an association office available to members, where they can get information and support. UiO Gaming also organizes tournaments, LANs and other game-related activities, and wants to create a social environment that facilitates all forms of activity around games.
