Rustad IF Klubbhus is a football club that offers training and activities for children and young people, including those with functional challenges through Para Sports. The club has a varied program that includes events such as KM in Terrain, which attracts a high level of participation, as well as Idrettsuka, where various sports are focused on.
The club also hosts the Rustad sprint, a national sprint relay race, and organizes the annual OBOS Rustad relay, which has become a tradition. In addition to these activities, Rustad IF offers Children's Ski Day in Østmarka, which gives young skiers the opportunity to participate in ski races. To promote transparency and participation, annual meetings are held, and the club has available administrative tools and a club handbook for its members.
