Krigens skebner is a traveling theater performance that takes place at Akershus Fortress in Oslo. The performance is artistically directed by Ross Kolby, who is both actor and writer. It takes the audience on a journey through seven stops, where crucial events from the Second World War are brought to life. Participants get the opportunity to experience historical figures such as Vidkun Quisling and Josef Terboven, who were central figures during the German occupation of Norway.
The performance provides a unique opportunity to experience history in the place where the events took place, giving a deeper understanding of the national challenges faced during the war. Previous participants have described the experience as strong, and it is considered an important part of the cultural dissemination of Norwegian history.
