Dialogpilotene is a training center that offers dialogue workshops for both young people and adults. The center aims to counteract polarization in society by teaching the participants to build healthy communities of disagreement. Through their programs, they focus on improving classroom and employee environments, and they partner with several religious and humanist organizations to promote dialogue and understanding.
In addition to the dialogue workshops, Dialogpilotene offers a part-time study at the University of Oslo, which gives 20 credits. The center emphasizes the value of diversity of opinion and active listening, and has received recognition for its work in this field. They also engage in social debates that deal with dialogue and prejudice, and address relevant topics in a constructive way to create engaging conversations.
