Ole Christian Sandvoll offers coaching services specializing in mental training. He focuses on strengthening discipline and mental endurance, and develops tailor-made programs for high performance. Sandvoll offers both one-to-one coaching and executive coaching, as well as lectures and online courses. He has written books on mental training and works with both individuals and professionals, including athletes, to optimize thoughts and emotions in goal achievement.
With a background as a manager and officer from the Norwegian Armed Forces, as well as over 20 years' experience in business as a salesperson, manager and entrepreneur, Sandvoll combines discipline, leadership and business understanding in his work. He is a certified PMT leader and mental trainer and also acts as a course instructor for new PMT trainers. In 2023, he was the mental coach for the A team of Kolbotn, which achieved promotion to the Toppserien after an impressive season with 14 wins, 1 loss and 3 draws.
