Neeta Myrseth Parmar offers tutoring services with a focus on self-esteem and mental health. She specializes in handling life's challenges, including break-ups and health problems. Through her work, she addresses the connection between thoughts, feelings and memories, and offers treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression and burnout. Parmar emphasizes individual value and equality, and she explores the causes of low self-esteem, such as bullying.
With training as a cognitive behavioral therapist, she has run a private clinic in the center of Oslo since 2014. Her approach is based on understanding life experiences and how these affect the way we interpret and encounter our surroundings.
