BUA Mortensrud is a non-profit organization that focuses on offering children and young people the opportunity to participate in various leisure activities without financial burden. The organisation's aim is to promote sustainable consumption by reducing the need for own equipment. This is achieved by offering free lending of a wide range of sports and leisure equipment.
The selection includes roller skates, skateboards, scooters, frisbee golf equipment, table tennis equipment, basketballs and hiking equipment such as tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, hammocks and rucksacks. BUA Mortensrud encourages inclusion and community among young people, as well as trying new activities and hobbies. The organization is run by Klemetsrud IL and is based in the clubhouse.
