The Armed Forces Senior Association, also known as Forsvarets seniorforbund (FSF), was established in 1983 and is a nationwide organization with 38 departments spread over 8 regions. The association has a membership of approximately 5,700 people. FSF works to safeguard the interests of retired members of the Armed Forces, and is part of the Seniors' joint organisation, which collaborates with Senior Norway and Avinor Senior Association.

The organization offers health and care services, and arranges dialogue meetings with the HR director in the Norwegian Armed Forces to discuss relevant topics. FSF also informs about the state budget and elderly policy, and focuses on the problems surrounding age discrimination in working life. In addition to these services, they organize activities such as Christmas parties and ferry trips for members.
