The Ethical Trading Initiative is a member organization and resource center for sustainable trade, based in Oslo. The organization functions as the Nordic region's leading network for sustainable supply chains, with a particular focus on human rights and employee rights. Through certification schemes and level assessments, they help promote responsible business practices in supply chains.
The initiative engages its members in projects that aim to strengthen sustainable trade. They work actively with the implementation of the Openness Act and CSRD, and offer resources and support to both private and public actors.
