Human-Etisk Forbund is a non-governmental organization based in Oslo, which offers humanist ceremonies such as naming parties, confirmations, weddings and funerals. The organization focuses on life's major milestones and individual freedom, and emphasizes values and adaptation in the ceremonies to meet the wishes and needs of the members.
In addition to ceremony services, the Human-Ethical Association is involved in social issues and matters of the heart. They offer opportunities for members to become course leaders for graduates, which provides a platform to share humanistic values with younger generations. The association also has a podcast called "Kriseklubben", led by philosopher Kaja Melsom, where current topics are discussed. With free membership, they want to strengthen their voice for an inclusive society.
