Lions Norway is a voluntary organization that is part of Lions International, a global humanitarian service organisation. The members actively participate in various activities and project work, both locally and internationally. The organization has a focus on ethics and common goals, and it maintains a neutral stance on partisan political and religious issues. Lions Norway is also a member of the collection control.
The organization offers several services, including gift cards for nutritious food, school books and eye health. Lions Norway contributes significantly to aid projects in Uganda and gives members the opportunity to participate in project visits there. In addition, they organize the Lions Conference in Larvik in 2025 and have a lottery with a travel prize to the Lions International Convention.
