Norsk Selskap for Gjenopliving AS is an organization that focuses on increasing the survival rate in acute, unexpected cardiac arrest. Every year, over 3,000 people in Norway suffer cardiac arrest outside hospital, of which a significant proportion occurs at home. The organization offers a wide range of first aid courses, from basic to instructor level, to train both individuals and professionals in life saving techniques.
In addition to the courses, the Norwegian Society for Resuscitation AS offers course books and training equipment for resuscitation. The organization also organizes HHLR instructor courses as well as a professional day for the legal approval of instructors. The profit from the business goes to the course developer, the Norwegian Resuscitation Council, and there are good discounts when entering into a company agreement for the purchase of license codes. Information about planned courses can be found in a calendar available on their website.
