The Breakthrough Foundation is a voluntary organization based in Oslo that works with restorative processes and reconciliation. The organization directs its efforts towards inmates, victims, families and society at large, with the aim of promoting understanding, respect, ownership and accountability. Through various programs and courses, the Foundation seeks to help inmates become stable contributors to society after release.
